Job summary

NFI is seeking a Business Analyst II to support implementation managers and IT project teams on customer startup projects and demand requests. You will help develop and maintain documentation, configure systems, test, and provide user support.

Responsibilities include planning with project teams, documenting artifacts, performing testing, training end-users, and identifying process improvements. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree strongly preferred, comparable work experience considered.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and progress with minimal feedback.
• Ability to document and maintain project artifacts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Implementation Managers and IT project teams to develop an implementation plan.
• Clearly document and maintain project artifacts.
• Assist in configuration and creation of custom application solutions.
• Complete and document unit and integration testing activities.
• Coordinate and document user acceptance testing activities.
• Identify, define, and resolve minor issues; escalate complex ones.
• Train customer end-users on solution functionality.
