NFI is seeking a Business Analyst II to support implementation managers and IT project teams on customer startup projects and demand requests. You will help develop and maintain documentation, configure systems, test, and provide user support.
Responsibilities include planning with project teams, documenting artifacts, performing testing, training end-users, and identifying process improvements. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.
As a Business Analyst II, you’ll assist Implementation Managers and IT project teams in completing customer startup projects and demand requests. Primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining documentation, system configuration, testing, issue identification and resolution, and providing support to internal and external customers.
We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $92,157.78 - $122,877.04. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
