Job summary

LPU Batangas offers an IT internship in Erlanger, KY to gain hands-on experience in helpdesk support, identity management (Okta SSO, AzureAD), and collaboration tools (Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Egnyte). You will explore Azure basics and server administration while assisting with endpoint management using PDQ, Intune, and Mosyle.

You will also participate in IT asset management with Snipe-IT and learn core network concepts, firewall basics, and cybersecurity best practices under mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with helpdesk tickets and end-user issue resolution.

• Support endpoint management with PDQ, Intune, Mosyle.
• Participate in IT asset management using Snipe-IT.
• Learn network basics, firewall concepts, and cybersecurity best practices.
