Qualificações

• Rising senior enrolled in a college or university program with minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Relevant coursework, help desk experience, or prior internship is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and system issues.
• Assist with password resets, accounts, and basic troubleshooting.
• Support setup and maintenance of laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Document support requests and resolutions in the IT service management system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
• Assist with user account administration and access provisioning.
• Support imaging, software deployment, inventory, and technology refresh.
• Help with system updates and routine maintenance.
• Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
• Participate in projects involving network, server, cloud, or collaboration tech.
• Create and update user guides and training materials.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and data protection practices.
