Qualifications

• Student workers must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and hours between 7:30 am and 10:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide support within computer labs, classrooms, and offices.
• Assist in ID Card support, updates, upgrades, network, and software or hardware installations.
• Provide remote support from LTAC call center.
• Demonstrate eagerness to help and learn new programs; maintain a professional disposition, be approachable, respectful and team oriented.
