Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• 2+ years in IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support/Technical Support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, network, and applications.
• Manage helpdesk tickets and maintain service quality.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Document issues and contribute to knowledge base.
