Job summary

Boomerang Healthcare is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to join the Walnut Creek office. The role primarily manages the help desk ticketing system, with tasks in inventory control, shipping, and Tier 1 support for staff.

Experience with Zendesk or similar systems, VOIP experience, and a basic grasp of Active Directory are preferred. Travel to other sites may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required; A+ certification is a plus.
• 1 year of IT experience; Zendesk or similar help desk system proficiency.
• Basic networking and Windows troubleshooting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Help and assist IT staff as needed.
• Respond to technical requests by phone, email, or ticketing system to maintain SLAs.
• Track issue resolutions and assist with IT projects.
• Manage asset tracking, shipping, and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
