Qualifications

• Help desk experience in IT support
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
• Knowledge of information security standards
• Ability to manage projects with standard methodology
• Understanding of networking concepts
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS/OSX
• Able to work in enterprise environment with peers

Responsibilities

• Answer Help Desk telephone, e-mail, and self-service requests
• Perform first-level hardware and software troubleshooting
• Enter and track tickets with the Help Desk system
• Provide timely status updates to users and management
• Assist with security procedures and access control
• Help build knowledge base of resolutions and workflows
• Support rollout testing for new OS/software/hardware
• Collaborate with IT team to secure information and systems
• Provide excellent customer service and communication
