Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. seeks an IT Help Desk professional to support end users across desktop hardware, OS, and applications. You will diagnose and resolve issues, create user accounts, manage inventory, and assist with A/V for meetings.

You should have 2–3 years in computer technology fields, with strong customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills; Microsoft 365 experience is preferred. This is a full-time on-site role in the Denver area.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ equivalent work experience in computer technology-related fields.
  • Preferred: CompTIA A+ Certification or demonstrated equivalent work experience or certification.
  • Preferred: 2-3 years’ current Microsoft desktop OS, mail client and applications experience.
  • 1-2 years’ experience working in service desk roles.
  • 1-2 years user account creation and administration experience.
  • Excellent oral, presentation, analytical and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values.
  • Resolves end user desktop/hardware, OS, and application problems, including interdependencies.
  • Sets up and maintains user accounts, hardware inventory, and provides meeting room A/V support.
  • Acts as the single point of contact for end customer issue resolution and escalates as needed.
  • Configures and deploys end user hardware (laptops, desktops, phones, mobile devices).
  • Supports Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Manages end user support requests in the Help Desk system.

Job description

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
  • Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values

  • Tests, diagnoses, and resolves end user desktop/hardware, operating system, and application problems, to include identifying and resolving desktop application interdependencies and/or conflicts
  • Sets-up and maintains user accounts, maintains computer and hardware inventory, and provides meeting room A/V support
  • Acts as the single point of contact for end customer issue resolution throughout the lifecycle of an incident. Escalates an incident to IT subject matter experts and tracks resolution to required service level
  • Configures and deploys end user hardware, including laptops, desktops, telephones, and mobile devices
  • Supports the use and functionality of Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Manages end user support requests in the Help Desk ticketing system
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS include but are not limited to:
  • Required: 2-3 years’ equivalent work experience in computer technology-related fields

Salary Range

$40,700—$55,000 USD
