Job summary

Celsius Holdings, Inc. is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to support and provision operating systems, hardware, software, and related applications onsite at our Boca Raton headquarters.

Under the SVP of IT guidance you will manage help desk tickets, IT assets, inventory, and user support, including password resets, Teams/SharePoint, and email archiving; A+ and Networking certs plus strong Office 365 skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have A+ and Networking certifications.
• Strong MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Typing 50+ WPM and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Resolve help desk tickets and provision/deprovision services.
• Inventory management of hardware and software assets.
• Maintain operation of office equipment and digital resources.
• Assist with password resets, mobile devices, and email archiving.
• Assist users with TEAMS groups/channels or SharePoint sites.
• Create Application Job Aids for managers to use and distribute as tutorials.
• Other duties as assigned.

IT Help Desk Technician

Department: IT

Reporting to: SVP of IT, Security and Infrastructure

Location: Onsite in Boca HQ

Job Overview

Under the direction of the SVP of IT, Security and Infrastructure you are responsible for supporting and effectively provisioning, installing/configuring operating systems, hardware, software, and related applications. Further responsibilities include tracking IT Assets and projects, creating IT POs, monitoring and resolving onsite IT support tickets related to printers, applications, and general user support questions. You are also responsible for maintaining and monitoring daily support tickets through email and Celsius’ ticketing platform.

Requirements

• Must hold an A+ and Networking + Certification
• Must have advanced skills in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience
• Must be able to type 50 plus words per minute
• Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be detailed orientated, with excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Function as a member of a work team, self-motivated, and highly responsible.
• Python and Power BI, Power Automat, skills a plus
• Must be able to work full time onsite in Boca Raton
• AS or BS Degree – Computer Information Management or combination of education/experience.
• 1 Year experience with Office365, TEAMs, SharePoint and Inventory management systems
• 1 Years of network/infrastructure administration experience 2+ years in IT Support including IP phones, desktops, laptops, applications, Wi‑Fi, and system setups.
• Experience with Windows 11, Windows Server
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
• Excellent customer support skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve help desk tickets, provision or deprovision service management tickets relating to hardware (Windows, MAC, and OS) and software relating to Office365, JIRA, ADOBE, plus other applications as assigned.
• Inventory management of all hardware and software asset lists.
• Manage the proper operation of office equipment and digital resources (access control, printer, Wi‑Fi, IP phones)
• Assist users with resetting passwords or login issues, mobile device questions, and email archiving.
• Assist users with creating TEAMS groups/channels or SharePoint sites.
• Create Application Job Aids for managers to use and distribute as application tutorials.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
