The Associate IT Project Manager - Finance will partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives. This role focuses on improving processes, enabling technology solutions, and driving change that supports growth.

In-office: based full-time at Celsius Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL. 2–5 years of project management or finance work, with ERP experience and a strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• 2–5 years in project management or finance transformation initiatives.
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations or transformations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to stabilization.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT to deliver process improvements.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping, and project planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources for project execution.
• Prepare executive status updates, risk assessments, and governance materials.
• Lead UAT planning, execution, and business readiness activities.
• Support ERP, finance systems, and business transformation initiatives.
• Monitor performance, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Drive adoption of new processes and technologies via change mgmt.

Position Overview

The Associate IT Project Manager - Finance will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT teams to lead cross-functional business transformation initiatives. This role focuses on improving business processes, enabling technology solutions, and driving organizational change that supports company growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate can bridge business and technical teams while maintaining focus on measurable business outcomes.

In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL

People Management Responsibilities: No

Role Type: Full-Time

• 2–5 years of experience in project management, finance transformation, accounting operations, business process improvement, or related initiatives.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Business teams.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, system upgrades, integrations, or transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and operational workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, capture requirements, and document decisions.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com preferred.
• Experience building relationships across Finance, IT, Operations, and Business functions.
• Working knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and financial processes.
• Strong financial acumen with accounting, finance, or FP&A exposure.
• Ability to translate business pain points into system requirements and process improvements.
• PMP certification is preferred.

• Support ERP, finance systems, and business transformation initiatives.
• Monitor project performance, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
• Support internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance-related initiatives.
• Drive adoption of new processes and technologies through effective change management.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
