Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of related experience.
• Two years' supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise datacenter architecture and identity management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily system performance monitoring and incident remediation.
• Manage access controls and identity management services.
• Lead deployment, patching, and lifecycle maintenance of on-premises servers.
• Coordinate with campus stakeholders to align services with institutional goals.
