Job summary

You will handle requests via help desk, email, and online submissions, logging issues and guiding users to resolution.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, experience with help desk operations, and strong customer service and communication skills.

• Experience with help desk operations and technical support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second level technical support to employees, contractors, and external partners.
• Document support calls including basic network incidents.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical problems and assist with inquiries.
