Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technology field.
• Experience with help desk operations and technical support preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Operating Systems, personal computers and peripherals.
• Excellent customer service, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle in-bound calls, emails and other requests.
• Attention to details, research, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second level technical support and advice to employees, contractors, providers, tribal agencies, state and local municipalities, and law enforcement.
• Answer support requests through a help desk line, email messages, online submissions, etc., and resolve technical problems for end users; document support calls including basic network incidents.
