The role requires strong customer service, adherence to procedures, and the ability to participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in office automation systems or data processing is required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree may substitute for required work experience.
