Questeq Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to support libraries and schools by providing effective troubleshooting and solutions. As a Help Desk Specialist (Hybrid), you will provide fast and effective support to our clients. The Help Desk Specialist will be required to respond to queries, assess and diagnose computer hardware and software problems, and implement effective solutions. You may also be required to modify hardware systems, install computer peripherals, and perform basic computer maintenance. Your schedule will be Monday to Thursday 9am-5:30pm and Saturday from 8:30am - 5pm.
