Rhino Tool House in Livonia, MI is seeking a Help Desk Technician to be the first point of contact for technology support across the organization. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, assist with account management, and help maintain inventory and documentation.

The role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, and collaboration with IT teams at multiple locations. A 1-year IT support background is preferred, with a path to growth in security and endpoint

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or CompTIA A+ in IT preferred
• Minimum 1 year of help desk or desktop support experience or equivalent education
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee technology requests and incidents by phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and account issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
• Provide account support including password resets, MFA enrollment, and access requests.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors with clear, complete documentation.
• Follow up with users to confirm issues are fully resolved.
• Set up, configure, and deploy new computers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Onboard and offboard users, including account creation and license assignment.
• Assist with software installation, patching, and updates using endpoint management tools.
• Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory records.
