Responsibilities

• Properly categorize new tickets and assign to an appropriately skilled resource.
• Assist with finding a higher-level resource for ticket escalations as needed.
• Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure that tickets are getting handled in the proper order to meet our SLA targets.
• Engage in professional behavior both internally and externally.
• Work with management to fine tune processes, increase efficiency, identify growth areas and better the organization.
• Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls.
• Pursue continuous training and professional growth.
• Attend to obligations and support other company initiatives as directed.
• Track time and expenses according to company policy.
