Job summary

Trio Supply Chain Solutions, LLC in Salem, Oregon seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving Clerk to ensure accurate processing of incoming IT hardware. You will verify shipments, disassemble servers, label components, and maintain organized staging areas to support asset value recovery and safe recycling.

The role requires a GED or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and proficiency with Acctivate ERP, MS Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Windows file management.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent high school credential.
• Ability to disassemble computer and server hardware.
• Proficiency with Acctivate ERP, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Windows file management.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
• English proficiency for workplace communication, safety, and documentation.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience in receiving, shipping, inventory, or similar roles.
• 1+ year of experience handling electronics or IT hardware.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and verifying incoming shipments against paperwork
• Inspecting, sorting, and labeling computer/server components
• Documenting discrepancies, damages, and serial numbers in the inventory system
• Disassembling servers and IT hardware for parts harvesting
• Maintaining organized staging areas and following warehouse safety procedures
