Job summary

Pomeroy is seeking an Integration Manager to lead the centralized Integration services within the Modern Lifecycle Solutions Center. You will act as the primary SME and POC for the department, guiding staffing, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality outcomes every day.

You will manage a high-performance team, develop and monitor metrics, and coordinate with internal IT and client contacts on current and future Integration activities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years supervisory/management experience in IT.
• Strong customer service and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to lead a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized Integration services and SME for department.
• Manage staffing, training, performance, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal IT and client teams on projects.
• Develop metrics, KPI tracking, and process docs.
• Ensure production levels and quality on all orders daily.
