Job summary

Pomeroy's Integration Manager leads centralized Integration services within the Modern Lifecycle Solutions Center, serving as SME and primary point of contact for business stakeholders, clients and leadership. The role blends technical leadership with people management to sustain production and quality.

You will guide the team, oversee project coordination, manage budgets, drive process improvements, and ensure security and compliance while supporting deployment of new integration solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; College degree in an IT field of study is a plus.
• Must provide evidence of 3-5 years of Supervisory/Management experience, preferably in an IT field.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills; experience with Windows, Linux, and networking is valued.

Responsibilities

• Be the evangelist and business/technical SME for the Integration department.
• Maintain a high-performance environment and lead hiring, training, and performance mgmt.
• Coach, mentor, and train departmental employees; manage cost allocations and budgets.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients about integration activities and quality concerns.
