Job summary

ServerMonkey.com LLC in Houston, TX seeks an Assembly Technician to assemble, test, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade IT hardware including servers, network gear and components. The role supports outbound operations, processes orders, and helps move inventory while ensuring timely shipments.

You will follow ESD, quality, safety, and recycling policies, document results, and provide regular status updates to the Operations supervisor. Overtime up to 6 hours weekly may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling, testing and repairing IT hardware.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow procedures.
• Experience with SAP or SAP ByDesign is a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade IT hardware on the assembly line.
• Organize and prioritize sales orders to meet shipping deadlines.
• Provide status updates and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Maintain ESD and quality/safety/environmental policies.
