Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT risk, GRC, cybersecurity, or technology audit.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or program management role.
• Experience in a regulated financial institution (banking) is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Owns and matures the enterprise IT GRC program, including policies, standards, procedures, and control frameworks.
• Aligns technology governance with NIST CSF 2.0, CIS Controls v8, FFIEC guidelines, and regulatory guidance.
• Leads technology risk assessment programs across infrastructure, apps, data, cloud, and third parties.
• Develops technology risk metrics and KRIs for senior leadership and boards.
• Directs the technology governance council structure and reporting cadence.
• Oversees IT GRC tool strategy and platform optimization to enable scalable workflows.
• Manages IT GRC program budget, tooling, contracts, and staffing plans.
• Partners with cyber and business teams to maintain a risk-aware culture and timely remediation.
