Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of banking technology regulations, enterprise risk frameworks, and control design.
• Experience communicating complex risk themes to Board-level and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Owns and matures the IT GRC program with policies, standards, and control frameworks.
• Leads technology risk assessments across infrastructure, apps, data, cloud, and third-party environments.
• Oversees IT risk register, scoring, ownership, and remediation workflows.
