Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. seeks a seasoned IT GRC leader to align technology risk governance with regulatory expectations and enterprise risk appetite.

You will partner with Technology, Risk, Audit, and executive leadership to communicate complex risk themes to both technical and non-technical audiences, including Board-level committees. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, or related field required.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT risk, GRC, cybersecurity, or technology audit experience.
Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or program management role.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are desirable.

Responsibilities

Owns and matures the enterprise IT GRC program, including policies, standards, procedures, and control frameworks.
Establishes and maintains policy hierarchy with defined ownership and review cadence.
Leads technology governance council structure, including agenda-setting and reporting.
Operationalizes AI governance standards (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001).
Directs the enterprise technology risk assessment program across infrastructure, apps, data, cloud, and third-party environments.
