Prologis seeks a Director of IT Governance, Risk and Compliance to lead the global GRC program, reporting to the CISO. The role defines priorities across governance, technology risk, and compliance in multiple countries and partners with Security, Internal Audit, Legal, HR, Risk, and Finance to address regulatory and third-party requirements.

The position emphasizes modernization of GRC processes using AI, workflow automation, and system integrations to improve efficiency, reporting, and control

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT governance, risk, compliance, IT audit experience.
• 3+ years of people-management experience.
• Experience with NIST CSF 2.0 and the Three Lines Model.
• Experience with SOX, IT general controls, and global regulatory requirements.
• Experience applying AI and automation to GRC processes to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global IT GRC program and establish strategy across governance, risk, compliance, and assurance.
• Oversee risk assessments, control requirements, and remediation oversight aligned with CSF 2.0.
• Govern third- party risk, data protection, investigations, and due diligence for investors.
• Modernize GRC processes with AI, automation, and system integrations.
• Develop the GRC team and manage vendors and security awareness programs.
