Trinity Industries in Dallas, TX, seeks a Senior Manager of IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (IT GRC) to lead ITGC design, SOX compliance, and audit coordination within the IRM organization. This role partners with IT leadership and audit executives to strengthen control environments and regulatory readiness.

You will own TICAP, SOX training, and liaison activities with internal/external audits, driving remediation and governance improvements across the IT landscape.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years IT audit/compliance, risk assurance, IT advisory, or internal audit experience.
• At least 3 years of experience leading a team.
• Deep understanding of IT general controls (ITGCs), SOX requirements, and audit lifecycle.
• Familiarity with infrastructure, SDLC, ITSM in enterprise environments.
• Certifications desired: ITIL, ISO 27000, COBIT, CISSP, CISA, Security+.

Aufgaben

• Lead ITGC control design, alignment, and annual rationalization.
• Manage IT process and control documentation for SOX compliance.
• Act as SME for IT compliance, SOX, and cyber risk for IT and business leaders.
• Own TICAP rollout, scheduling assessments, tracking results, reporting to leadership.
• Own SOX compliance training, with annual updates and coordination with HR.
• Coordinate with internal/external audit resources across SOX ITGC, SOC 1, SOC 2.
• Oversee ITGC monitoring, metrics, and remediation reporting.
