• Collaborate with product teams on disaster recovery plans for SaaS and on-premises products.
• Plan scenarios and facilitate tabletop exercises using authentic situations and established processes.
• Review governance practices, collaborate on recommendations, and identify end-to-end process improvements.
• Integrate program enhancements into ongoing team processes.
• Create and maintain AI-ready documentation and use AI to support clear, self-service knowledge.

Job Title: IT Governance and Disaster Recovery Analyst
Location: Memphis, TN. Verified Memphis-area local candidates only. Fully onsite five days per week from day one.
Duration: 18 months plus applicable extensions; extensions are not guaranteed.

Overview

Support IT governance and disaster recovery programs through process analysis, audit remediation, cross-team coordination, and clear documentation. The role is approximately 80% governance and 20% disaster recovery.

Partner with product owners, solution architects, and engineering teams to gather requirements, develop actionable plans, improve processes, and keep work moving. Facilitate tabletop exercises and enable product teams to participate in the disaster recovery program. Individual software owners create and maintain their disaster plans.

Preferred qualifications

• At least three years of experience in Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery or audit.
• Broad understanding of COBIT processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Experience with Riskonnect, formerly Castellan.
