Job summary

Metro Infusion Center in Burr Ridge, IL is seeking an IT Generalist (Tier 2 Helpdesk) to provide advanced technical support across a wide range of systems, applications, and infrastructure. This in-person role reports to the IT Director and requires independent problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

This role is based at our corporate office in Burr Ridge, IL, with Monday–Friday hours (8:30am–5pm) and on-call rotation every three weeks.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in IT preferred.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of help desk experience.
• On-call coverage and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated incidents related to hardware, software, networking, and user accounts.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365, VPN, printers, and line-of-business applications.
• Provide on-site and remote end-user support.
• Complete new user logins/terminations and training.
• Participate in security, patching, and system hardening efforts.
