Position Overview

Looking for an individual to support a comprehensive low-voltage company and also be able to confidently fulfill (any or all of) demands for IT Help Desk Support. This includes working with Sonicwall and Ubiquiti products, Brivo products, Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft products, Control 4, VOIP and Eagle Eye. Prior knowledge and experience with these products are essential for success in this position. Most work will be done in office but some site visits for installs may be required.
