The role focuses on budgeting for CAPEX/OPEX, variance analysis, and cost visibility, with opportunities to optimize procurement workflows and budget automation. Hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or IT budgeting.
• Experience with IT budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and expenditure controls.
• Knowledge of CAPEX/OPEX budgeting and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Monitor expenditures, review invoices, purchase orders, and budget allocations.
• Perform variance analysis and maintain financial controls.
• Support annual budget planning and capital project funding.
• Partner with IT managers, Accounting, Procurement, and vendors on financial planning and cost management.
• Prepare financial reports and budget recommendations.
• Support procurement processes and budget automation systems.
