Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the IT Towers, delivering monthly P&L insights, consolidating actuals, and supporting outlooks. The role emphasizes strategic planning, cross-tower collaboration, and financial discipline to drive business performance.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in a deadline-driven month-end close process.
• Self-starter with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service focus when working with senior management and SMEs.
• Strong Excel skills; Essbase experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and excellent follow-up ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly financial support of specific towers’ P&Ls (EEPS and EADT).
• Consolidate monthly actuals reporting across all IT Towers.
• Support monthly outlook creation and consolidate across IT Towers.
• Participate in strategic planning to grow the business.
• Identify opportunities to automate financial processes, leveraging AI.
