MasTec's Clean Energy & Infrastructure (CE&I) segment is seeking an Assistant IT Business Manager to support IT financials, procurement, and administrative tasks for hardware, software, and service contracts. This role is hybrid in Fargo with remote options for candidates outside the area.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/related fields and 2+ years of IT business management experience, including budget management and ERP usage.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Admin, CS/IT with accounting minor.
• Two+ years IT Business Management including IT expense tracking, invoicing, procurement, and budget management.
• Experience using ERP or accounting management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform end-of-month IT financial processes including coding intercompany expenses.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and Asset Requests to get proper approval for IT software and hardware expenses.
• Track and monitor IT Department expenses and allocate to subsidiaries.
• Process vendor invoices by verifying charges against contracts.
• Assist with IT budget preparations and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with software license agreements.
• Provide financial support to IS and IT staff.
• Review and execute master service agreements and SOWs.
