Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of IT Finance to lead financial planning, forecasting, and governance for IT. This role oversees budgeting, long-term financial planning, purchasing, asset management, and accounts payable in support of IT priorities.

The VP will partner with Finance and IT leadership to deliver robust financial analyses, drive improvements, and guide IT investments. A strong background in FP&A, leadership, and retail experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• IT Finance or IT Project Management experience required.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and governance across the IT organization.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for IT programs and projects.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance leadership to ensure alignment with IT long-term plans.
• Develop financial models and reports to drive strategic decisions and performance.
