Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking an experienced Manager FP&A – CapEx to own budgeting and forecasting for the entire organization. The role uses advanced Excel models and Oracle Projects and collaborates across all levels to drive growth and financial performance.

Responsibilities include leading monthly forecasts, annual budget cycles, CapEx planning, and delivering executive analyses for leadership reviews. A 5–7+ year track record in FP&A and a relevant degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or quantitative field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive FP&A, strategic finance or related experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and financial reporting.
• Experience with financial planning tools such as Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, OneStream, Adaptive, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly forecasts, decks and data verification for accuracy and completeness.
• Own the annual budget submission process and CEO/Board deck preparation.
• Develop and maintain CapEx Long-Range Planning model aligned with strategy.
• Drive improvements across FP&A processes, controls and reporting frameworks.
• Prepare executive analyses and briefing materials for Board meetings and earnings calls.
• Complete ad hoc projects by structuring problems and delivering insights.
