Job summary

Timken is seeking a Principal IT Finance Analyst to partner with global Finance SMEs and IT, ensuring smooth operation, upgrades, and integration of Finance systems. The role drives requirements, changes, and project leadership across SaaS and related platforms.

You will support acquiring entities, ensure data integration, and maintain documentation while aligning with governance and controls. A strong collaboration mindset and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6+ years IT experience stated.
• Experience with enterprise IT projects and SaaS/cloud systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business SMEs to gather and analyze requirements and manage change.
• Lead or participate in project work, including requirement analysis, documentation, and vendor evaluations.
• Evaluate software and integration options; participate in RFIs/RFPs and vendor selections.
• Manage IT components of projects including planning, execution, and communication; develop support processes.
• Coordinate upgrades and documentation; monitor system health and regulatory compliance.
