HTSS, Inc. in Allentown, PA seeks a Technical Accountant/Analyst to support IT financial operations, budgeting, and cost reporting for enterprise projects. The role ensures GAAP alignment and SOX compliance, balancing capital vs. O&M costs, with an eye toward cloud services and FP&A insights.

The position is a long-term temporary role (AT LEAST 6 months) with hybrid work on-site Tue-Thu in Allentown and remote option for Eastern/Central Time zones. Benefits include health insurance and PTO.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
• 3+ years in IT financial management, technology FP&A, or IT cost accounting.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Excel and Power BI or other financial reporting systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Manage and track IT charge codes, project costs, and cloud spend.
• Prepare and post journal entries, adjustments, and vendor invoices.
• Partner with IT Finance, FP&A, and Property Accounting teams.
• Ensure SOX compliance and internal financial policies.
• Develop and monitor O&M and capital budgets.
• Produce monthly reports with budget-to-actuals, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Build dashboards for tech finance KPIs and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with VRO to measure project ROI.
