Job summary

Five Rivers IT Inc. is seeking an IT support professional to handle customer requests via phone, email, or in person, with both remote and on-site troubleshooting. The role covers deployments, change control, and maintenance of servers and network equipment.

You will document procedures and stay engaged with tasks and projects, including emergencies and off-hour on-call rotation. On-site visits to client sites are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT or customer service preferred.
