Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Description

Responsibilities include:

1. Install, modify, and make minor repairs to microcomputer hardware and software systems, providing technical support to internal customers using technology products.
2. Provide second-line support to internal customers, resolving hardware and software issues.
3. Install new software, hardware, and peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drives according to specifications.
4. Diagnose system hardware, software, and operator problems, recommending or performing remedial actions.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong innovation, creativity, problem-solving, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
• Good time management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation, change and conflict management, facilitation, and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to provide network and server support.
• Knowledge of Windows 95/98, Windows NT, and Windows 2000.
• Experience with desktop or laptop computers, telephones with voicemail, networked copiers/printers/facsimiles, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office products.

Pay and Benefits
