Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC seeks a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. You will perform hardware-focused break-fix services at client sites, troubleshoot, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

The role requires travel to client locations, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver's license. Dell/Lenovo training provided, with per-call compensation as detailed in the benefits.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transport.
• Ability to lift/move computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Own a basic repair tool kit.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.

Gr8ttek is looking for a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. Reporting to the Territory Supervisor the Field Specialist will perform a variety of hardware-focused, break fix services and solutions on various client products. Candidates must possess the ability to perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities. Position may require the exercise of moderately complex analytical skills and to make decisions based on established department and company guidelines.

Benefits:

• $40 per call/$5 per call per diem
