Albany Medical College is seeking a Tech Field Support III to provide onsite and remote support for desktop hardware, software, and network devices across the Albany Med environment in Saratoga Springs. The role includes owning escalated issues from the Help Desk, documenting solutions, and ensuring a high standard of customer service for all Albany Med employees.

You will work with IT staff to resolve problems, maintain equipment, and contribute to project-based requests while upholding

Qualificações

• Provide on-site and remote hardware/software support following established procedures.
• Escalate issues to senior staff when needed and document resolutions.
• Mentor and assist Help Desk levels I–III to improve service quality.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to problems called in and repair malfunctioning equipment.
• Install terminals, desktops, printers and other peripherals and ensure proper configuration.
• Maintain current technical knowledge and use it to support Albany Med users effectively.
• Meet and strive to exceed defined IT performance metrics and service levels.
