Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a Regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team in the United States. You will perform hardware-focused, break-fix services on client products and handle troubleshooting and repair activities per guidelines.

Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, you will communicate clearly, complete service calls, manage assets and inventory, and may guide colleagues. Dell/Lenovo paid certification training is provided.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent and 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware break-fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Complete all administrative tasks for each call.
• Manage assets and inventory control.
• May mentor colleagues.

• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues

Requirements

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to drive yourself to client locations
• Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended
• Must own a basic repair tool kit
