Job summary

Interfor is hiring an IT Field Support Technician in Peachtree City, Georgia. This role provides hands-on, onsite IT support for mill sites, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of critical systems to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of IT field support experience and postsecondary technical education or equivalent. Travel to mill sites is expected, and the position offers a competitive salary and total rewards package.

Responsibilities

• Asset Lifecycle Management: Hands-on IT support at mill sites.
• Infrastructure: Basic physical IT work such as network drops, access point installs, and equipment moves.
• Projects: Support application rollouts, hardware refreshes, and onsite IT initiatives.
• Documentation: Log all work accurately in the ticketing system and flag recurring issues or risks.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal IT teams and vendors, escalating complex issues when needed.

What You'll Do
