Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience successfully leading IT, infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise technology projects.
• Strong ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments while managing competing priorities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external vendors and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic IT projects, owning scope, timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
• Drive project success through effective risk management, planning, governance, and accountability.
• Collaborate with operations, business leaders, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Coordinate external partners and vendors, ensuring quality delivery and timely issue resolution.
• Support project prioritization, resource planning, and continuous improvement across the project portfolio.

As Project Manager, you’ll drive major initiatives such as cloud modernization, infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity improvements, and operational technology projects—working closely with senior leaders to deliver meaningful business results and modernize the organization.

What You Offer

• Proven Delivery: 5+ years of experience successfully leading IT, infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise technology projects.
• Execution Focus: Strong ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments while managing competing priorities.
• Communication Skills: Confident presenting to executives, facilitating decisions, and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external vendors and partners.
• Technical Foundation: PMP preferred; Agile, ITIL, SAFe, manufacturing, or industrial environment experience considered an asset.
