Job summary

Interfor's enterprise technology team seeks a Systems Integration Engineer in Peachtree City, GA to design, develop, and support complex enterprise integrations across cloud and on‑premise platforms. You will collaborate with business analysts, architects, and project teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

You'll work with API design, data mappings, ETL processes, and monitoring tooling, driving continuous improvement and modernization of legacy integrations while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, data mapping, ETL, SQL/PLSQL, and cloud platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot integrations and deliver scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

• Solution Delivery: Design, develop, and support enterprise system integrations that align with business and technology objectives.
• Technical Collaboration: Partner with business analysts, architects, project teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Integration Development: Build and maintain data mappings, workflows, APIs, ETL processes, and system interfaces across cloud and on-premise platforms.
• Operational Excellence: Troubleshoot integration issues, resolve production incidents, and implement monitoring, logging, and reporting capabilities.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to modernize legacy integrations, improve processes, and leverage automation and AI-assisted tools.
• Technical Leadership: Develop documentation, establish integration standards and best practices, and mentor team members as needed.

What You Offer

• Integration Expertise: 3+ years of hands‑on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related technologies.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with APIs, data mapping, ETL solutions, SQL/PLSQL, cloud platforms, and modern integration architectures.
• Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integrations, analyze root causes, and deliver reliable, scalable solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Communication & Collaboration: Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and work effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Continuous Learning: Self‑starter mindset with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for automation, innovation, and emerging technologies.
• Education & Industry Experience: Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience, with exposure to medium‑to‑large organizations in manufacturing, logistics, or similar industries.
