Job summary

Executive-Personal-Computers,-Inc. is hiring a Field Service Technician I in Saint Charles, MO. The role is hourly, full-time, and starts at $20 per hour. You will support Windows PCs, printers, Microsoft 365, and network basics while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include logging requests, troubleshooting, account management, software installation, and workstation configuration. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic Windows Server knowledge.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Experience using ticketing systems and communicating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Log and triage customer requests via phone, email, or tickets.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for PCs, printers, and software.
• Reset passwords and manage accounts in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Install software, drivers, and Windows updates; configure new workstations.
• Document work and contribute to knowledge base; escalate when needed.
