Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an IT Field Support professional to deploy and maintain standardized technology environments across job sites and offices. The role focuses on Meraki network equipment, conference room systems, and endpoint configurations in line with enterprise standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in IT field support, networking, or systems administration, with an Associate's degree (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Deploys and maintains jobsite network equipment and connectivity per standards.

• Troubleshoots site-level tech issues and documents resolutions.
• Keeps asset tracking and documentation up to date in established systems.
• Supports project startup and closeout technology requirements.
• Coordinates escalations with Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams.
• Ensures field environments meet security and configuration standards.

Job Summary

Deploys, supports, and maintains standardized technology environments at job sites and offices. Implements Meraki network equipment, conference room systems, and endpoint configurations in accordance with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploys and configures jobsite network equipment and connectivity solutions.
• Installs and maintains field hardware, workstations, mobile devices, and site infrastructure.
• Troubleshoots and resolves site-level technical issues per service standards.
• Maintains asset tracking, recovery, and documentation within established systems.
• Supports project startup and closeout technology requirements.
• Coordinates escalations with Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams.
• Ensures field environments adhere to enterprise security and configuration standards.

Education Qualifications

Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience considered.

Work Experience

2–4 years of experience in IT field support, networking, or systems administration required.

Certifications and Licenses

Networking or IT service management certification preferred.
