Job summary

DPR Construction in Glen Allen, VA seeks an IT Field Support Specialist to deploy, support, and maintain standardized technology environments at job sites and offices. You will implement Meraki network gear, conference room systems, and endpoint configurations following enterprise standards.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree in IT or related field and 2–4 years of IT field support, networking, or systems administration experience.

• Maintains asset tracking, recovery, and documentation within established systems.
• Supports project startup and closeout technology requirements.
• Coordinates escalations with Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams.
• Ensures field environments adhere to enterprise security and configuration standards.
