Sie bringen Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, Verständnis von Fertigungsprozessen und Kenntnisse in Programmierung, Schnittstellen und Datenbanken mit. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung; Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern ist

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Anwendungsentwicklung/Systemintegration oder Vergleichbares.
• Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen.
• Gutes Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen in der Fertigung.
• Erfahrung in IT-, ERP- oder Digitalisierungsprojekten.
• Kenntnisse in Konfiguration, Anpassung oder Integration von Unternehmenssoftware.
• Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit Abteilungen, Management und externen Anbietern.
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und Begeisterung für Projekte.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Responsibilities

• Leitung und Management von ERP- und Digitalisierungsprojekten von Anforderungen bis Go-Live.
• Analyse vorhandener Geschäftsprozesse und Entwicklung effizienter digitaler Lösungen.
• Beratung und Unterstützung von Fachabteilungen bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Arbeitsabläufe.
• Entwicklung von Dashboards und KPIs für Prozesskontrollen.
• Koordination externer Software-Anbieter und Implementierungspartner.

What you bring

• Completed vocational training or degree in computer science, business informatics, IT application development/system integration, or a comparable qualification
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Good understanding of business processes and manufacturing operations
• Experience implementing IT, ERP, or digitalization projects
• Knowledge of configuring, customizing, or integrating enterprise software, ideally including programming languages, databases, interfaces, web services, or AI-based solutions
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication skills when collaborating with departments, management, and external service providers
• Sense of responsibility, initiative, and enthusiasm for actively driving projects forward
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken

What you do at KMH

• Leading and managing ERP and digitalization projects from requirements gathering through to go-live
• Analyzing existing business processes and developing efficient digital solutions
  Implementing and further developing the ERP system and related software solutions
• Designing and implementing interfaces between ERP, CAD, MES, BDE, MDE, and other systems
• Programming and customizing software solutions, reports, analyses, and automation processes
• Advising and supporting departments in the digitalization of their workflows
• Developing dashboards and key performance indicators for process control
• Managing external software providers and implementation partners
• Conducting training sessions and supporting users with new systems
• Contributing to the further development of the overall IT and digitalization strategy
