Apprentice as a Specialist for Metal Technology (F/M/D)

Training Program

Your apprenticeship lasts 2 years. Experienced specialists accompany and support you right from the beginning. During your apprenticeship, you will already be working on responsible and exciting projects. From the second year, you will take on smaller tasks independently. According to a plan that has been drawn up for you, you will go through various departments of the company, such as order processing, sales, purchasing, construction, human resources, financial accounting, and thus get to know your colleagues and their areas of activity. The regular lessons by KMH specialists deepen the content of the vocational school (Syke), as well as the practical training in the training workshop taff! (Bassum) – a great advantage for you.

Qualifications

• You are skilled in manual work and have a good hand‑eye coordination (e.g. when assembling components and assemblies, when reshaping and separating sheet metal and pipes).
• You have technical understanding.
• You are a team player and diligent.
• You handle working equipment, vehicles and products carefully and cautiously.
• You are open and can communicate in German (Level B1).
• You are physically fit.

Monthly Pay for Apprenticeship

• First year: 1,105.00 €
• Second year: 1,183.00 €
